Indonesia has many traditional dances; every etnic group has more than two kinds of dance. Each tells a story of an athnic group. The Balinese dances for example, “Legong” tells about the love story of the King Lasem, and “Kecak” tells about the Hanoman’s and Sugriwo’s monkey soldiers.
Our own traditional dance has deep meaning. It shows the national identity of Indonesia. We should keep it n not lose it.
